Florida lawmakers have revived a bill to possibly expand the state’s CBD industry to allow terminally ill patients to use full strength medical cannabis, according to the Miami Herald.
Florida’s current medical marijuana law, passed in 2014, permits only five cultivators, and CBD marijuana. The proposed new law, revived this week, would only allow five producers to sell regular MMJ to patients with less than a year to live.
