Preparing for CannaPitch Denver 2015

Ideas for the emerging marijuana industry can come together anywhere, but the environment at Marijuana Investor Summit, co-produced by MJINews.com, and Randy Shipley, Founder, Cannafundr.com, is strategically designed to introduce innovation to investment.

The summit, taking placing April 20-22, 2015, will offer conference sessions and a hall for entrepreneurs. In addition to this, MIS will feature CannaPitch,* an event on April 21 where three to four companies will pitch to a group of qualified lead investors, including keynote speaker Kevin Harrington. If your company is ready to accelerate, CannaFundr.com is currently reviewing applications.

The CannaPitch investors are all qualified to lead investments in the companies that are pitching and may invest at terms they negotiate. Audience members will be able to watch, but not invest. One company will receive a $50,000 commitment from the show producers and a commitment to lead a $1 million syndicate via cannafundr.com. Tickets to attend CannaPitch are sold separately.

*Funding of deals is subject to final due diligence and legal review by any investor. Any offer made by investors on the panel or show producers is in the form of a non-binding offer with the intent to fund on the offered terms once due diligence is complete.
