A craft cannabis cultivator has purchased the northern California birthplace of Fetzer Wines, a major American winemaker, and plans to transform the property into a vertically integrated cannabis business. San Francisco-based Flow Kana bought the 80-acre property and ranch house in Mendocino County, where it plans to start a full-service marijuana company that would include cultivation, processing, manufacturing, and retail sales, the North Bay Business Journal reported.
