Colorado city finally to allow rec MJ stores

In a promising sign for the recreational marijuana industry, one of Colorado’s most cannabis-resistant city governments has finally decided to allow adult-use stores. The Pueblo City Council voted this week to award licenses for eight recreational marijuana stores and also set fees and adopted zoning rules on the industry, according to the Pueblo Chieftain. The city will start taking applications in January and intends to awards the first licenses in March, the Chieftain reported.
